En mi caso no, simplemente use los correos que envié a najada, que nunca contestaron y con eso bastó. En mi alegación puse que el comercio en ningún momento entrego nada y listo

I just said fraudulent transactions I need a refund immediately gave the last four digits of my card number and my full name said otherwise the police will be involved and my bank will investigate them. Also on their website. They have a Czech Republic email address. I copied them in as well, and I think what they do is investigate them as well. I heard no response except from an automated email from the Czech Republic email address and then within three weeks, I’ve got a full refund still haven’t had any emails of confirmation or anything but I’ve got my money back.
