Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. To whom it may concern,

It has come to my attention that you are transacting with illegal merchants that are unlicensed in the UK, and therefore in breach of a number of UK regulations.

I will be reporting this to HMRC, Action Fraud and the UK Gambling Commission in the next 7 days if you do not provide a full refund of all transactions back to me.
