in which casino do you try to submit your ID, please? I would check the website for some sort of additional contact, like social media profiles, or support email addresses.

I am on PlayToro I have a balance of 550 and can’t seem to cash it I have verified identity card and it said it has been verified but it still won’t let me withdraw the balance

And what's the problem exactly, please? You can't click on the withdrawal button or is the withdrawal just pending when you submit it?
Also, are you sure it's a real money balance and not a bonus balance?
