Hola muy buenas que tienes que envía para que te verifiquen la cuenta ? Por qué yo envie el DNI el iban del banco y todo y no me lo verifican que puedo mandar para que me lo verifiquen me podrías ayudar

From what I remember I had to upload my passport and take a biometric scan of it and a biometric scan of my face for ID verification.

And everything went fine and the verification was successful yes ? I saw that you recommended an email to the player where she could reach support but I'm not sure if she tried it or not. I think that would probably be the best thing to do because they will be able to give her relevant information.

This is only what I have to do. Open your app and see if anything needs to be verified and follow the instructions You may not need a facebiometric reading just your passport. Either go on you tube or Google scanning biometric passport for verification and it will show you. It's simple once you know how to do it.

See what needs to be verified on the app. Follow the instructions, if you don't know how to do a biometric scan look it up, any additional problems and to get clarity customerservices@mifinity.com. expect ID verification twice once when registering and for your first withdrawal.

I had the sam problem you have to go through a second KYC check!! I couldn't understand it either but once it's done once that's it. I think it's because you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal criteria.

I don't speak Spanish but I think it is the same problem I had. You have to use the app see where you need to verify and follow the process it because you have reached a deposit/withdrawal limit set by mifinity and now you have to go through KYC check before you can withdraw your money. It won't be processed over the weekend so you've got time to go through your app and see what needs doing it's not that difficult if I did it 😂

I explained when you first open your account you have to verify ID proof of address and bank account and cards.
When you have deposited or withdrawn a certain amount of money you have to go through KYC again the same way as the first time using the app. Once you have completed the KYC you are then free to deposit and withdraw at will.

Ya te lo han dicho: completas una verificación al registrarte y pueden exigir nuevas verificaciones luego (como es tu caso), simplemente colabora y envia los documentos que te pidan. Nunca he usado mifinity pero si uso billeteras similares (skrill), simplemente tienes que completar la verificación y listo

Todavía no mi deja retirarlo dinero ,,te voy explicar bien mi situación,mira ellos mi solicitaron las siguientes documentación.. carnet de identidad justificante de cuenta bancaria etc entonces toda mi documentación san española pero soy de Brasil , entonces estoy viviendo muchas años en España de echo tengo la nacionalidad española y en España voy autónoma osea tengo una pequeña empresa entonces h as veces no entiendo porque rechaza mi documentación ,,pero bueno siguiere ententando gracias por tudo 😊

If you did it to open the account and were able to deposit then you should be able to do it again 😁
