Hello, my casino VIP Manager keeps telling me to stop making multiple deposits on the same day, in a row.

I feel calm about it and appreciate it, but my question is, what does the Casino have from it? Why do they do that?

I mean, aren't they hungry for your deposits?

Hi, could I know which casino it is? Maybe that would be a good question to ask the manager who told you. I'm not sure why he would tell you this but maybe some casinos take responsible gambling seriously and depositing several times a day can be addictive. But I would certainly ask if I wanted to know.

Actually, I spoke with her, and she described it to me.

I'm their loyal customer/player. And she is my VIP Manager - my manager.

She said she was disappointed seeing me doubling my deposits, as she saw how I was losing, and she wanted to stop that, no matter how the casino would react. Actually, she was praised by the bosses!!!


We need more persons like this, and I don't know is it possible to write which casino it is, but I will just say, THANK YOU CHRISTINA!

That was my opinion too, and if that is indeed the reason, then great honour to such a person. Nowadays, as you said, a lot of people don't care and if the casino was to make a profit from you, everyone would say why not and they would give you a bonus. 

So this is something rare and I would say very nice of her. 

I hope there will be as many people like that as possible.🙂

The player wanted the name of the casino and I don't see a problem with that. Also, if you mention a person who is freely available on the Internet, that's not a problem. The problem is if someone writes you an email from a casino, for example, he doesn't have his information freely available anywhere and you will leak it.🙂

Hello, frankly, this is not an isolated case. Sometimes even the best ideas from loyal employees, for example, present quite negative results. I' sorry to say that but to me the situation is pretty clear 🙁.

So, even though I'm not happy about it, I'm going to reject this profile's positive review of your casino and permanently ban this account today.
