I used it about 10 years ago. There wasn't any issue with it. It worked like a normal card. Just one note - you can get in a little trouble when the casino asks you to send a picture of the card. Then you have to start explaining, which in same cases could be a bit difficult.

@Daniel (or others): Do you know if a virtual (or physical) card from Skrill/Neteller can be used to circumvent fees for depositing directly with Skrill or Neteller?

I have personal experience with depositing and withdrawals back to Skrill online account (not the card that Skrill can issue for you). It's fast and widely accepted by online casinos.

Honestly, I didn't even know there are fees applied on deposits via Skrill and Neteller. Is it for every casino?
