Slot machine playing ~1.25x faster than usual?

I was playing the 3 Hot Teapots (3HT) by Booongo at a casino recently, after I just been cleaned out of funds at a different casino. I played 3HT At each site and immediately started at the 2nd casino and noticed a very noticeable speed boost. Only for 5 minutes. To the best of my knowledge this was not related to increase system resources on my end.

I’ve noticed this happened several times – I’m wary to name the casino if this is just a normal part of slow Internet.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Hmm, I'm thinking about how this could affect the whole gameplay, but I can't think of anything. It could be the internet, maybe the server, but it shouldn't have any impact on the fact that everything should be fair. 

Do you have any doubts in this regard? Maybe you could try asking the casino where this happened.
