How can i claim a faulty payout, when i got 13 cashvolt symbols on a 50 rand spin(37500 rand) and the game only pay out 10 symbol sign 5000 rand. I got my day statement and screenshots of time and date.

I did, send them even statement of my spin history. I win 10 x cash volt sighn, payout 5000, correct after 30 or so spins 13 cashvolt signs also 5000 which should have been 37500. I also attached both screen shots plus screan shots with time at bottom. And it allighn with the statement I provided to them. But the manager first respond there was only one 5000 payout. Which say he know about it but just steal my 32500. Because afterwards he said both payement of 5000 was done.file

filethis was my second jackpot of 13 x cashvolt symbols. But it only payout at 5000, which should be 37500 as you can see ontop next to 13 cashvolt symbols. And not 10 symbols. My heart ache because of this unfair treatment i got from interbet customer service.

I can see from the screenshots how it should be so it seems strange to me. I also find it weird that I don't see 5k anywhere, with any number of symbols. 

Anyway, if you have a problem like this, I would try to file a complaint on this link and see if we can help you.

Regarding the complaint, I saw that our team probably wouldn't be enough with one screenshot and they would need more evidence to start an investigation. They advised you to try contacting the game provider, do you think you will try that to get acquainted with how it should be with your win?

I did send u all my screen shots plus my statement of that day, But its ok I made pease with that, as I thought u could have helped me. There will be no way for me to get my winnings as they already refused it to me.

Unfortunately, the team saw through everything and it wasn't enough for them to be able to support you. I don't know what more I could do but I would definitely try that game provider if I were you, you won't give anything for that.
