Estimado Stefan,
Dear Stefan,
With respect, I'm finding this hard to accept at this point.
GGBet has now paid out roughly $6,500 of my withdrawals — so the idea that this final $1,500 needs some special, open-ended "individual review" with no date attached simply doesn't hold up. It's the same account, the same verified identity, the same payment method (Interac) they've already paid me through repeatedly. There is nothing different about this transaction except that it's the last one, and somehow it's the one that sits in "New" with no timeframe.
Quoting Section 8.3.1 to justify "we can't give any date" is not a real answer. Every legitimate operator can tell a customer a reasonable processing window. Refusing to commit to any estimate — not a guarantee, just an estimate — on money GGBet has already confirmed is owed and has no issue, after I've waited weeks and had one request rejected due to their own admitted technical error, is not reasonable and I won't pretend otherwise.
I've been patient throughout this entire process and I've acknowledged every payment as it came. All I'm asking now is that GGBet finish what it has already admitted it owes.
To the mediator: please keep this complaint open and unresolved until this final $1,500 is actually received. I'll confirm the moment it lands — and only then should it be closed.
Thank you for your continued help.
