I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from GreatWin casino.

On June 6, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €500 to my bank card. The amount was immediately deducted from my account balance, but the withdrawal status remains "Pending".

I have already contacted customer support but have not received a response. Furthermore, the live chat service does not seem to be working.

To date, several business days have passed and I have not received any information regarding the progress of the withdrawal, nor has any additional verification document been requested.

Please help us contact the casino and help resolve the issue.

Θα ήθελα να υποβάλω ένα παράπονο σχετικά με καθυστερημένη ανάληψη από το καζίνο GreatWin.

Στις 6 Ιουνίου 2026, ζήτησα ανάληψη ύψους 500€ στην τραπεζική μου κάρτα. Το ποσό αφαιρέθηκε άμεσα από το υπόλοιπο του λογαριασμού μου, αλλά η κατάσταση της ανάληψης παραμένει «Υπό εξέταση».

Έχω ήδη επικοινωνήσει με την υποστήριξη πελατών, αλλά δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση. Επιπλέον, η υπηρεσία ζωντανής συνομιλίας δεν φαίνεται να λειτουργεί.

Μέχρι σήμερα έχουν περάσει αρκετές εργάσιμες ημέρες και δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση σχετικά με την πορεία της ανάληψης, ούτε έχει ζητηθεί κάποιο επιπλέον έγγραφο επαλήθευσης.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
