I have again questioned the functionality of the game Reactoonz from the Play'n Go game developer!

I've noticed the game behaving strangely for a long time and have also asked customer service about it. Now I'm trying to figure out the amount of my bets to calculate the RTP.

The site offers a 96.51% RTP for the game in question and mine was 88% after ~120,000 spins.

When I asked the casino for data on my bets, they said they only had a year's worth of data. I asked them to check with the game manufacturer and after 4 weeks I received the readings. The game manufacturer said "Number of spins played 117108, total bets € 101225.99 and total winnings €89009.73."

I asked for the log file that the readings are based on. After 2 weeks I received the file, which was Paff's own logs, because the game manufacturer didn't have any logs...

The logs revealed completely different bet/spin/loss amounts than the game manufacturer had reported. Paffi also said that the game manufacturer's values ​​do not include all my bets from years ago, but their logs do and they cover my entire game history in that game. However, the values ​​from the longer game history were smaller than the "not all-encompassing" game manufacturer's values.

Olen taas kyseinalaistanut Play'n Go pelinvalmistajan pelin Reactoonz toimivuuden!

Huomasin jo pitkään pelin käyttäytyvä oudosti ja kyselin siitä myös asiakaspalvelusta. Nyt lähin selvittämään panostuksieni määrää laskeakseni Rtp:n.

Sivusto tarjoaa kyseiselle pelille 96.51% Rtp:n ja omani oli ~120 000 kierroksen jälkeen 88%.

Pyytäessäni dataa panostuksistani kasinolta he ilmoittivat, että heillä on vaan vuoden verran dataa. Pyysin heitä selvittämään asiaa pelinvalmistajan kautta ja 4 viikon jälkeen sain lukemat. Pelinvalmistaja ilmoitti "Pelattujen kierrosten määrä 117108 kpl, kokonaispanokset 101225,99 € ja kokonaisvoitot 89009,73 €."

Pyysin logitiedostoa johon lukemat perustuvat. 2 viikon päästä sain tiedoston jotka oli kuitenkin Paffin omat logit, koska pelinvalmistajalla ei kuulema ollut logeja...

Logeista selvisi aivan eri panos/kierros/tappio määrät mitä pelinvalmistaja oli ilmoittanut. Paffi vielä kertoi että pelinvalmistajan arvoissa ei ole kaikkia panostuksiani vuosien takaa, mutta heidän logeissa on ja ne kattaa koko pelihistoriani kyseisessä pelissä. Pidemmän pelihistorian arvot olivat kuitenkin pienempiä kun "ei kaiken kattavan" pelinvalmistajan arvot.

The casino specified a time frame, but the game manufacturer did not, as they are not willing to release that information. However, the casino said that their logs are from a longer period than the game manufacturer's.
