​"I made a withdrawal request of 50,000 TL 19 days ago. This is my 3rd support request. My 1st and 2nd support requests were closed, but both times they only sent 5 TL, as if mocking me. Every time I write to them via email, they just repeat the same nonsense template responses over and over again.

​After that 50,000 TL request, I made two other withdrawals of 2,000 TL and 7,000 TL, which they actually processed and sent. However, despite processing those smaller amounts, they still haven't sent my initial 50,000 TL withdrawal for 19 days. They are clearly stalling and making a mockery of the situation!"
