Rockstar Casino - El retiro del jugador se ha retrasado.

I requested a withdrawal of €5,000 from Rockstar Casino and duly uploaded all the required documents. For several days, the status has remained unchanged at "Pending."

The live chat only responds with automated bots, and I receive no response to email inquiries. Furthermore, I'm not offered the same payment method for withdrawals as I used to deposit, but only a limited option (Visa), which I find incomprehensible.

These circumstances give me the impression that Rockstar Casino is intentionally delaying or preventing withdrawals. I request that the community and those responsible investigate this case and help me enforce my right to a withdrawal.

Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 5.000 Euro bei Rockstar Casino beantragt und alle erforderlichen Dokumente ordnungsgemäß hochgeladen. Seit mehreren Tagen steht der Status unverändert auf „Pending".

Der Live-Chat reagiert ausschließlich mit automatisierten Bots, und auf E-Mail-Anfragen erhalte ich keine Antwort. Zudem wird mir für die Auszahlung nicht die Zahlungsmethode angeboten, mit der ich eingezahlt habe, sondern nur eine eingeschränkte Variante (Visa), was für mich nicht nachvollziehbar ist.

Diese Umstände erwecken bei mir den Eindruck, dass Rockstar Casino Auszahlungen absichtlich verzögert oder verhindert. Ich bitte die Community und Verantwortlichen, diesen Fall zu prüfen und mir zu helfen, mein Recht auf Auszahlung durchzusetzen.
