After unlocking a bonus, I made two withdrawals of €1,000. Once I completed the process, I was waiting for the withdrawal results. By continuing to play, I won another €4,000 that was already in my account. I wrote in chat, I hope that after one lucky opportunity, you don't make up stories to avoid paying, because I'm waging war. After two seconds, they closed my account, and I can't log in. They're not responding to messages. Please help me. I'm feeling bad about having gotten lucky once.

Dopo aver sbloccato un bonus, ho effettuato 2 prelievi di 1000 euro, superato la procedura attendevo l esito del prelievo, continuando a giocare ho vinto altri 4000 euro che erano sul conto. Scrivendo in chat ho detto spero che dopo una volta fortunata non inventate cose per non pagare perché faccio una guerra. Dopo 2 secondi mi hanno chiuso il conto e non riesco ad entrare e non rispondono ai messaggi aiutatemi per favore sto male per una volta che ho avuto fortuna.

The casino never talked about a refund, they simply closed my account and never responded again, I had 4000 euros in my account I'm attaching a screenshot and 2 withdrawals of 1000 euros total 6000 euros
