I requested a withdrawal from Superbet some time ago, but it has not been processed to this day. Despite repeated inquiries with customer service, I have either received no clear answer or have simply been given vague promises. The processing time now significantly exceeds the usual and acceptable timeframes.

I have fully completed all required verification processes and have no outstanding requests on my end that could delay the payout. Therefore, I don't understand why the processing is taking so long.

I therefore request that you review this case and assist me in resolving the issue with Superbet. A timely payout of my funds is very important to me.

Ich bitte Sie daher, den Fall zu prüfen und mich bei der Klärung mit Superbet zu unterstützen. Eine zeitnahe Auszahlung meines Guthabens ist mir sehr wichtig.
