I haven't received my payment for days.

I am currently very disappointed with Vegadream. I requested a withdrawal of €1,650 and have been waiting for my money since 11:49 AM on August 12, 2026.

The support team did respond to my inquiry, but the payout still hasn't been completed. What's particularly frustrating is that customers aren't given any clear information about when the money will actually be transferred.

With a sum of this size, one expects fast and, above all, transparent processing. I sincerely hope that my payment will still be processed correctly, but my experience so far has definitely been disappointing.

I will update the rating as soon as anything changes.

Auszahlung seit Tagen nicht erhalten

Ich bin momentan sehr enttäuscht von Vegadream. Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 1.650 € beantragt und warte seit dem 12.08.2026 um 11:49 Uhr auf mein Geld.

Der Support hat mir zwar geantwortet, aber die Auszahlung wurde bisher trotzdem nicht abgeschlossen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass man als Kunde keine klare Auskunft bekommt, wann das Geld tatsächlich überwiesen wird.

Bei einer solchen Summe erwartet man eine schnelle und vor allem transparente Bearbeitung. Ich hoffe sehr, dass meine Auszahlung noch ordnungsgemäß erfolgt, aber die bisherige Erfahrung ist für mich definitiv enttäuschend.

Ich werde die Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald sich etwas ändert.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
