Pasé innumerables horas tratando de comunicarme con su soporte a través de la opción de chat, pero no funcionó. Intenté comunicarme con ellos por correo electrónico y recibí una respuesta que decía que mi correo electrónico no se pudo entregar. Luego, por primera vez, finalmente logró comunicarse, pero se le dijo que se comunicara con el soporte por correo electrónico. Todavía no entiendo por qué mi cuenta ha sido cancelada ya que lo que sucedió fueron errores en nombre de sus servidores, no algo que hice intencionalmente... ¿cómo voy a confiar en que cualquier información que proporcionen no es doctor de lo que es, porque si hubiera visto el pago de uno de mis giros sin una combinación ganadora, ciertamente habría dicho algo. Como lo he hecho con otros casinos en el pasado porque algunos ofrecen una compensación por señalar tales cosas. sin mencionar que dos de mis amigos vieron el éxito que tuve.

Literalmente hay tantas inconsistencias con la posición y las "verdades" por las que intentas definir tu posición. Uno de los más evidentes es que mi cuenta solo fue suspendida antes de finalmente comunicarme con ustedes ... ¿por qué solo cancelar mi cuenta cuando logré finalmente comunicarme con ustedes? ¿Había sido por la razón por la que reclamaste que no debería haber sido notificado al intentar iniciar sesión que mi cuenta fue cancelada? ¿O simplemente encuentra que mi cuenta no está allí en absoluto?
Porque acabo de intentarlo de nuevo y todavía dice que mi cuenta está suspendida. Lo que refleja el hecho de que afirmarán que mi cuenta fue cancelada es una mentira. Certificando aún más mi creencia de que no están siendo honestos porque no quieren honrar el pago...
Todo esto de poner la carga de proporcionar pruebas en el cliente es tan jodido. Como usuario de muchos casinos, y teniendo una buena cantidad de dificultades, nunca me acerqué a un sitio como este para obtener una respuesta. Se me negó al pedirles que aclararan lo que no entendí.
¿Por qué necesitaba que el gurú del casino se enterara de estas cosas que simplemente no podrían haber aclarado a través de los canales que intenté buscar una solución a través de mis propios esfuerzos?

Porque no puedo quedarme aquí aceptando que otro casino podría potencialmente salirse con la suya con lo mismo que ustedes ahora si yo fuera a "ganar" mientras que al mismo tiempo también necesito aceptar eso independientemente de si había registrado la totalidad de mi giros, que no serían honrados, al igual que otros casinos han negado cualquier inconsistencia que creo que podría existir, pero nunca lo admitirían a menos que mi evidencia coincidiera con los registros.
Esto está mal en muchos niveles.
1000% completely unsatisfied. I won pretty huge, only for my account to end up suspended. I spent countless hours trying to reach their support via the chat option yet it didn't work. i tried to contact them through email and I got a reply that said my email could not be delivered. Then for the first time finally got through, but was told to contact there support through email. So I did so, and then finally got a s response... I was told I tried to forge results? Like I'm sorry but I don't even know what that means. I've asked for further clarification, but I have yet to receive a reply. So complete the disappointed as I am not a technically literate individual, to be accused of doing something I don't even know how to do or understand had left me scratching my head utterly disappointed and completely unsatisfied.
I am. Not now, nor have I every cheated. I hope there is a chance to have this error corrected as I've never felt more let down. I fear they're just not willing to honour my win.

Update...I still don't understand why then my account has been terminated as what ever happened was errors on behalf of your servers not anything I did intentionally...how am to trust that any information ya'll provide isn't doctor from what it, because had I seen a single of my spins payout without a winning combination I certainly would have said something. As I have with other casino in the past because some provide compensation for pointing such things out. not to mention two of my friends watched the success I had.
If I'm under the impression none of my spins were errored and on your end but not mine certainly I shouldnt be at fault of losing my account??? Further more why was my account only suspended if such activity was consistent with the repeative behavior you claim why was my account flagged Sooner.
There is literally so many inconsistency with the position and " truths" your attempt to define your position by. One of the most glaring that my account was only suspended prior to finally getting a hold of ya'll... why only terminate my account upon my sucsess of finally getting through to ya'll? Had it been for the reason your claiming should I have not been notified upon attempting to login that my account was terminated? Or simple find my account not there at all?
Because I just tried again and it still says my account is suspended. Which reflect the fact ya'll claim my account was terminated is a lie. Further certifying my belief ya'll aren't being honest because you don't wanna honour the pay out...
This whole putting the burden to provide proof on the client is so screwed. As a user of many casino, and having my fair share of difficulty never once have I reached out to a site like this to get answer I was being denied via asking them to clarify whatever it was I didn't understand.
Why did I need casino guru to learn of these things ya'll simply couldn't have clarified via the channels I attempted to seek resolution via my own efforts?
It's like I won't lie I thought it was completely baffling how I could have been so lucky. As I said I've been around the casino scene losing losing and losing some more. Almost to the point where I've consider something Must be wrong as the payout our so few and far between it doesn't make any to me how one can lose so much. Yet here with ya'll I'm being told the opposite..so either I'm winning, but my results reflect lose on my end...for whatever reason with your casino I got to see wins on my end but not your server end? Cuz I can't just be cheat with no success everywhere else, but be successful at your casino? But if you could explain how or why someone who ain't doing anything illicit yet under there own belief due to their lack of technical knowledge should be held responsible in relation to having Their account terminated and or what was being exploited or an avuene I could get these answers addressed, I'd accept your decision of retracting my winnings in hope the direction ya'll pointed me could provide me the comfort that a resolution can be achieved over all and regardless of casino I go to, stand the chance to lose or win like everyone else.
Cuz I can't stand here accepting other casino could potentially get away with the same thing ya'll are now if I was to "win" while at the same time also need to accept that regardless of whether I had recorded the entirety of my spins, that they'd not be honored, just as other casino have denied any inconsistencies i believe might exists yet they'd never admit such unless my evidence matched there records.
