Hola, obtuve un bono sin depósito , y ahora puedo retirar 45€ en una dirección de Bitcoin.

Pero me pide otro dato, que señalo en la imagen adjuntada, que no sé qué significa.

Cuando le doy a aceptar sin rellenar ese dato, me dice que me falta ese campo por rellenar , pero no me dice lo que tengo que introducir.

I would guess it means some sort of bank information. Can you see the chat icon on the right side? I would use the chat to be sure.

Yep... They will BS you to high heaven and never pay out. I've been waiting a month and a half, since December 15th. I haven't read anything anywhere about Golden Lady paying out anyone!

Blow them up everyday a few times a day and send like 100 emails I did and I finally got paid

but I contacted them 3 or 4 times a day and I had customer support send emails

I know it’ll be aggravating but do that and 🙏 you get it

but I literally would send 20-30 emails a day as well threatening to put them on blast because they don’t pay out

tell them as well you know they don’t have a valid license and that you know they don’t payout

The symbol is for you to enter the name of the bank that holds your wallet. I have been paid out by Golden Lady with no issues. It took exactly seven days from request to get paid. Make sure to read all the T&C information for any bonus you use. I noticed with a majority of the bonuses offered with this casino that they are only valid for Rival games so if you played a game from one of the other providers they have your winnings will not be paid. I used the wallet I have with CashApp..the bank is Sutton Bank.

I don't work for any casino. There are some I will not play at because I've been screwed over by their unethical tactics but this isn't one of them.

Do you honestly believe being so rude to a person who offered personal opinions and experiences is a fair approach? I wouldn't say that.

I'm sorry your complaint was closed as unresolved, it has been several months, can you try to move on?

I have been doing that with no luck. They just keep lying to me. Telling me it's on its way or that they will personally look into it and get back with me and then never do. As much as I hate to say it but I have pretty much given up. I mean I am still trying to get it I still reach out but I am not very hopeful it's been 5 months

Well idk but I just checked on mine cause it been a minute I had just about gave up hope well anyways they credited the money back to my acct and I requested another withdraw and chatted with someone who was surprisingly helpful. Not holding my breath but fingers crossed that they actually pay me.
