Yes I most definitely will let you know either way. I mean I don't understand why they would credit the money back to my account tell me to request a withdrawal and not pay me. That would be messed up. Like a slap in the face. Why go through all that if they don't intend to pay. But I wonder how long that money has been back in my account. Cause I haven't checked in awhile at least a month maybe 2. It's been 9 months. I don't get this casino. It's crazy. But I learned from this situation. I now check out casinos before I deposit.

Don't have the answers you seek, and I don't get the casino either! I just know doing some research is always the best option. Also, mind the complaint section, especially if you're willing to try out some fresh casinos.

That happened to me! 9 months waiting on a withdrawal. Decided to log in and see what they'll say this time. The withdrawal amount was put in my account and not my btc wallet. So, I messaged customer service and they said they did an "upgrade" and it did that to most customers (account holders). I did ANOTHER WITHDRAWAL, SMH. I'm sure nothing will ever become of this.

There's probably not much to say in this situation. A spark of hope could probably be there, but it's probably pointless to get excited prematurely, since the "upgrade" and especially your withdrawal has been going on for 9 months. 

Anyway, If you find out anything new, please don't hesitate to let us know. Fingers crossed. 🤞🤞
