Okay then, and what you were supposed to deposit was a verification deposit ? I find it strange that you would have to do it twice to get it out. 

When I look at the screenshot of the "withdrawal task" is it that you have to deposit the 300 and 1000 ? The best thing to do would be to text someone from the casino and not a bot because you probably won't get far there. 

Also try to explain the situation in more detail in your complaint, otherwise Dominika won't be able to help you.

Hi I had a problem with another casino not this 1 but I sent going into a month and my account was verified and I resubmitted my IDs, to comply along with following to their terms and conditions so I would have problems. I was frustrated the live chat was very supportive and appoligetic but the operational department was not complying with their T&C of pending review for 24-48hrs. So I made and Official complaint to the casinos complaints department complains.biz, I have recieved a response from them saying they will look into this and I will hear from them with 7days. I have also sent a complaint to eCogra Disputes and their team sent email with 24 hours and they got back to me the next afternoon with a sad face emoji saying that Jackpot hasn't even replied to their complaint on the page. They then sent me a link to send a bad review for them to see. I have come across your post about the casino been black list this year and 329 players have wrote they have not recieved winnings. These were won fairly and completely without wagering As well as to the terms and condition the hold up.

Then the Operational department team should be the part of this casino, to be blacklist with bad review for not processing ID reviews and Pending winnings sooner, by noy paying out in the time frame requested by me my winnings. Or by their own T&C of their polices, For unfairly and disrespectfully cheating me out of my winnings and not even contacting or communicating with me since the 23rd I haven't recieved any emails from the playersupportcentre I have. Even the official complaints team aren't getting a response for sending a complaint in. This is very wrong on these team members behaves who work 24/7 i was just told so I don't get why it is taking this long to do my account or they are just been bias now and just taking the piss.
