Hello,

please be informed that the Rabidi N.V. Casinos are now operating without license! Looks like that Antillephone revoked the license.

Be careful, I heard that there are some cases where this company does not want to payout big amounts what players won. And they make use of fake games/slots!

Jimmy

Hello Jimmy.

Noted, and acknowledged! Casino Guru Data Team will check it out. Thank you for the warning!

What a surprise! I wondering if the authorities will help the victims

Actually true, seems like the Licence seal is gone from their websites (taking Neon54 or Wazamba as references). Can it be related to the new curaçao reregulation ?

Wow you are on a real crusade against Rabidi NV on the forum apparently, what's the story between you and this group ?

Hi there!

Good point... What do you know about the recent changes in regulations? I feel I'm losing track a bit, so any hints are most welcome.

I save this for further "investigation":

Starting from September 1, 2023, Curacao sub-licenses will no longer be renewed, which means if your company has one, it won’t be valid.

Curacao is implementing a new regulation to overhaul the entire licensing system for the island’s gaming industry, set to be launched in the summer of 2023. This will see the creation of an independent regulatory body, the Curacao Gaming Authority, replacing the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The new authority will issue independent B2C and B2B licenses, with already licensed companies under the previous regime having a chance to express interest in a new permission. The consequences of operating without a gambling license are serious, with unlicensed casinos developing a bad reputation among players.

Curacao eGaming licenses are going to be divided into two types:

Curacao gaming license B2B

Curacao gaming license B2C

Honestly I do no know much, just saw it through your news. I guess it will be slightly harder to obtain, but still... it's not as if the Curaçao licence was so complicated to get from the beginning 😅

For casinos that fail to renew it I actually don't see any "less demanding" licence they can get currently though

Thanks for getting back to me anyway!

I'm in touch with our experts from the Data Team, and I feel this topic will experience quite a boon sooner or later. Frankly, I'm currently missing the time to get myself filled in. 😀

However, I would say you are not far from the point when you say there are already less demanding, easy-to-get replacements... 🤔

Radka

Actually no I was saying the opposite ahah I think Malta, Estonia and the others we usually know are more demanding than Curaçao

Thebaum

And I was saying there are some others that are easy to get as a replacement for those who lost the Curacao license because of the law changes 🙂. I did not count Malta or Estonia among those, as you said.

Isn't the language a marvelous wonder? 😀

Have a good one!✨

Hey Jimmy,

i can confirm the same. I observed that the Antillephone's seal has been missing across all projects belonging to Rabidi N.V since August 10, 2023. I guess the new regulations are taking place.

Well. I checked around 100 Online Casinos now with Curacao License. Every single Casino points out the license seal. Rabidi stopped that. And they also stopped to show the company name at the bottom of website.

What should this have to do with new regulations? As I know there is currently everything freezed regarding changes. I dont think thats the reason for not showing a license seal to customers.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I conducted the same license check on other projects and noticed that changes only impacted Rabidi N.V projects. I suppose time will reveal the truth 🤔

I got you, I got you 😄

What licenses would you say would be as easy to get ?

I have no real clue, but according to companies focused on providing license procedure support, there are already some alternatives - nothing I could find myself! Paid services, given the circumstances. Hard to tell more, I would need to place an inquiry for the license on one of those pages...🤔

I'm sorry to step in. Some licenses were even stripped. Momentarily, it is quite a mess. I would not be surprised if some groups decided to hide the validators for now. Anyway, we are in contact with the Rabidi Group; at least I was told so.

Hello!

Sadly, I can't say I have anything further, I do not have much time to follow the progress. 🙁 I just noticed this situation has occurred and was discussed on the forum.

Feel free to do your own research, and don't forget to check out Casino Guru News's "Laws and Regulations" from time to time.

I'm sure we would all appreciate another source of insight. ✨👍

Hola 🙂

Supongo que los que hemos depositado y jugado en un casino sin licencia tenemos derecho a reclamar los depósitos realizados ya que se trata de algo irregular.

Gracias por su próxima respuesta 😉

Hi, what casino are you talking about please ? I don't think that playing in a casino that is not licensed is a reason to refund your deposits. It's always a good idea to do some research on where you deposit your money before you play in a casino. That would probably be best don't you think ? If every player with a similar post came here, they'd all be millionaires.
