Hi all I had a winning of R1300 wich was available for withdrawal, I did withdrawal just to find out it was rejected .... had a long discussion with a few agents telling me it was a waiger, after this they refuse to respond on my emails or requests.

Now if there was a waiger bonus that I was not allowed to withdraw it was going to say bonus funds and this said available withdrawal funds R1300 can any one please help me

As far as I understand you took some bonus and had not fulfilled the wagering requirement for the first time, so the withdrawal was rejected. Sadly, I do not understand the rest. Just make sure you completed the wagering, the withdrawal meets the bonus rules such as maximum cashout, and your account has been verified.

Can you specify which bonus you took, please?

As per my complaint when I wanted to withdraw it said withdrawal amount available R1300 and nothing on the bonus amount. The funny thing is I still left some funds to play with as well .so I did not try and withdraw everything that there was I just believe in fairness so I want my money paid out .I still can't believe this would happen I never had a issue with depositing money to play but when this crookery happens I won't leave it there . They owe me money and I want it . If I'm not mistaking there was 10 free spins that they wee talking about .and they want to keep my R1300 not sure but this is ridiculous if it showed me withdrawal amount Available so this is to steal people's money I now also have seen numerous people with the same issue so this must be a fraudulent way of doing things.

I can't see that you submitted the complaint before (did you submitted here?) nor did I get the information about the bonus conditions.

I'm sure that understanding the bonus terms is quite important in this case.

Thanks for taking the time and I believe you are correct in terms of knowledge about the terms and conditions. I just don't agree in stealing my money if there was any reason whatsoever I had to play more and not being able to withdraw why was this not highlighted in the withdrawal section ?including the fact that tusk casino shows you and highlights the fact that you can't withdraw anything when wagering.then also with bcasino they showed withdrawal amount Available why show my withdrawal availability amount if it was not available to withdraw? This is shady ...of you understand what I am saying once again I'm not happy and will not be supporting this site again or refer any other people. I feel if this was a case of me wagering then add my fund on the game section and let me play why do you want to trick people in withdrawal if this was never a option and then your terms and conditions is no longer accurate and there would be a loop hole ...

Hafsat, Thank you for your comments. After 'dealing' with Lucky Creek, would not doubt they might put up a 'shell' response site, and answer queries as if they came from an objective party - otherwise, also known as 'shamming'.....


Radka, Thx also for your your forthright responses; I will still pursue the monies owed me from Lucky Creek. At this point, don't need the additional $1200 they owe me (but they still owe me, but want to highlight to others difficulties in making organizations like Lucky Creek to do the 'right thing'.


And thank you all for recommendations on which sites are reputable - for either online gambling, or 'free' gaming.

firstly, I'm still trying to figure out, what bonus you took and what rules were applied - Can you answer me, please? I do not know that, because I'm not a casino employee, you see?

Sadly each casino probably works on a different platform, which means that bonuses and visuals, even rules will be different. Playing in one casino will not be the same experience as playing in another one.

Always check the casino rules, as well as the bonus rules they are most likely different in a different group.

If you ever want to reopen your complaint submitted against Lucky Creek, you are welcome to do so, I'm sorry it ended like this, it's hardly fair.

We'd love to hear about any possible progress, preferably here - in your thread.

Got yet another half-hearted response from Lucky Creek earlier today - then gave them a rather direct response tonight (Tuesday, October 25, 2022). Without any email notice to me, Lucky Creek quite recently processed the requested withdrawal into my bank account, as should have happened MONTHS ago.

The 'gotcha' from them: I PAID to participate in US Dollars, and was FINALLY 'reimbursed' in Canadian Dollars - a significant percentage decrement. On a five-star rating scale, I'd now rate them with ........ less than one star on a five-star rating scale. They have wasted my time (as well as their own time and resources) on what should have been a simple transaction. Many would have given up, but, I am consistent and forthright, so was not going to let them off the hook.

At this point, I don't care about the $$ decrement (which may have been a part of their overall business strategy). I was finally provided the requested withdrawal. Note: I'm sure they accrued interest on the funds being held in abeyance.....

was the casino able to explain why they fulfilled the withdrawal in Canadian Dollars? I know you wrote that you don't care about the decrement, I just feel that you should have been told at least some explanation. So I'm eager to know.
