In Austria, litigation funders no longer accept Pokerstars, but in Germany they do.

Take Rightnow for example, in Austria there are only about 4 providers that are purchased and in Germany I think there are just under 20, including Pokerstars.

I have about 30k Tipico, 75k Bet365, 28k Pokerstars (mother, 30k sports betting loss).

Wie kommst du auf diese Theorie ? Bill 55 betrifft alle anderen EU Länder genau so,noch dazu wurde ja in Deutschland die Aussetzung von Verfahren der Verluste nach 2021 auch schon aufgehoben, somit seid ihr genau so abhängig vom EuGH und sie Casinos werden euch genau so wenig freiwillig die Verluste rückerstatten wie den österreichischen Klägern.

Die Anwälte kennen sich auch untereinander und tragen ja gemeinsam bei den Tagungen im Kampf gegen Illegale Anbieter vor(siehe Benedikt Quarch , Karim Weber , Leinsmer usw..)

Ich denke, du bist genau so optimistisch wie wir alle noch 2021 waren, jedoch war Österreich Deutschland gegenüber früher dran mit den Klagen und einleiten der Exekutionen

There are exactly 2 PKF that do not accept mrgreen and the rest still accept it, advofin padronus even casinoverluste.at.

Just 3 months ago I sued a Curacao casino through a PKF.

You just have to know that they no longer accept cases under 10k because it's not worth it for the pkf to execute etc.

In Germany and in Austria it is exactly the same, in Germany it is really sad, most casinos even have licenses and still don't pay any judgments.

wenn überhaupt, warten die Kanzleien und PKF die 200 Musterverfahren ab und sonst garnichts. Die anderen bekannten Casinos werden genau noch so übernommen wie vorhin auch … keine Ahnung woher du solche Informationen hast aber die stimmen definitiv nicht und du wirst sicher einer der letzten sein, in diesem Forum, weil andere schon etliche Verfahren auf Malta führen und auch du wirst diese höchstwahrscheinlich führen müssen, wenn du dein Geld bekommen möchtest 🙂

das is so unnormal, kein normaler Anwalt würde dazu raten und außerdem gab es vor Jahren diese Angebote mit 80% usw bei den Vergleichen auch. Die probieren das vl jetzt aus bzw. hat der Anwalt dir das einfach so geschickt, weil er unsicher ist . Welche Kanzlei ist das bitte ?! Niemand würde sowas annehmen. Das stärkt ja nur die dumme Strategie der Casinos

Im Grunde ist es nur eine Frage der Zeit, das die Zahlung irgendwann stattfindet liegt meines Erachtens bei >95%.
