I want to know if anyone played at this new casino ? I played there and I found out it’s a new casino ( can’t find it in GuRu ) it’s based in Malta . Beside it’s not having the right licenses , for playing in the Netherlands . I would like to ask GURU to investigate this casino . I reported them on the Dutch gambling commission to play unfair Anyone more input ? Also the company is LCS limited that got a huge lawsuit in the Netherlands in 2023 . You can see this on the page of Dutch gambling commission.

What a coincidence, according to our system the Data Team members are working on its review just now.

As far as I can see, the current safety index is approximately 5,4 out of 10. Regarding the license, the latest update says it is licensed in Malta.

Frankly, more details will be possible after the review process finishes. Would you please try to check the casino list from time to time? I can't promise I will notify you in time, because, at this moment, I can't predict when the casino will be scheduled for upload on the website.

Well, don't hesitate to submit a complaint if you feel this way. It does not matter if the review is not ready yet, so don't worry about that.

Is there anything else you could say about the complications? When it comes to fresh or not-well-known casinos, I'd say it's always worth sharing. But I'll leave that up to you.

Hi ,

i played with slotshammer casino in the Netherlands. They are using ideal payments only for Dutch bank ) so you assume it’s legal .

the casino doesn’t hold a license to use ideal payments what they did with me . So they also are not allowed to work on the dutch gamblers.


i reported them to the Dutch gambling commission and I was right . Got a written email that using ideal payments is illegal because of no license . They new I was from the Netherlands because of my KYC and my Dutch payments . The Netherlands are restricted ( while there was no pop up ) to protect you . I easily openend a account and they offered you direct payments via ideal Banking . . I have so much proof to open a case . Disputed amount around €600 . Got proof of the dutch gambling commission also .


they are already 22 days busy with investigation. file


I have my bankstatements where you can see they accepted my payments with ideal .


so hopefully guru can help a little bit .


and Ofcourse they blocked me after confronting them .

this email comes directly from the commission of Dutch Gambling . The company LCS limited Malta already got a fine for the same reason ( LALAbet ) if you want to look for yourself please visit there website . info@kansspelautoriteit.nl

Good morning ,

the casino is not giving any feedback on there promises. The email they sent me … never got explained. As you as casino rep see and know that’s something going on in you’re casino . The first thing is coming with proof that you as casino is not responsible. They don’t do anything. Have a look on Trustpilot they don’t score high over there also . Also the owner LCS limited Malta got a huge lawsuit in 2023 for there LALABET casino .

All this information will surely be helpful to other players, so thank you for sharing. We believe that every casino should always automatically deny players from restricted countries whenever they try to sign up. Only that way can future issues be prevented.

If you feel that you really need our complaint team to intervene and get a resolution of this issue, please file a complaint. I am sure they will do everything possible to get it solved.

And Ofcourse the casino is silent ! It’s day 23 without any feedback . What they want is that you stop sending for updates. They promise you things but as they know there in there wrong . Hopefully I can help someone to make a decision to play here yes or no. If they have unnest feedback I will share it here also . It works from both ways

I just received a message from Slotshammer they Gonne refund my lost money .


I will update you when funds are in my account. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had the wrong banking details , sent them multiple times my details now . Waiting for confirmation. Then they told me 3-5 days let’s hope they keep there promise. !!!!!!


so far I sent them 5 emails including my bankstatements… but no response on my request . This is now day 23 ….drags energy!

Lets see where this goes again ……unfortunately I had to open a complaint here at Guru . They refuse to come back with a answer about my banking details . To good to be true …

As I can see, our complaint team won't be able to help you out with your case, and that your complaint had to be rejected. Unfortunately, we are not able to get a refund to players due to missing casino license. Hopefully soon our data team will be able to prepare the full review of this casino, so it could help all the players decide whether to play there.

Please make sure to inform us about any updates regarding this issue of yours.

So, did you manage to get the refund or are you still waiting for the money ? It was a weekend so it's possible that the casino doesn't process withdrawals then but I could be wrong so I wanted to ask.

thanks for coming back , this they sent me before the weekend . And yesterday this ?


my thoughts are I should have the money already on my account. But again keep you posted . This is now day 29 of being busy with this . Problem I’me a little bit sceptical about there payments as you must understand. I asked them a proof of payment…. Let’s see how this is going . Ask them now multiple times if the money is really paid out….. no answer so far .
