My ban was very unfair. It was only $1,240 and they still banned me for money laundering
I can advise you not to deposit more money in these casinos that do not have a license, they leave and sometimes close their website something like "bitdice" which was another casino that lied about having a license and they stole a lot of money even I who stole about 500 dollars in BTC

So I won’t be depositing anymore money into them at all. What excuses were they coming up with regarding money laundering ? My account has been fully verified and now I have around £9500 in there I honestly can’t see myself getting anywhere near that back to be honest which is just awful

In my case, my documents supposedly did not pass the anti-money laundering verification, of course I had previously done another verification that was verified correctly

Strange I have £10,500 in my account now my account is verified but I think they will email me soon giving some excuse. Thinking of ways I can prepare myself or if I can sue them

In your case I think the best thing would be to wait and keep your account active (sometimes they also ban you for inactivity). I'm not saying you're going to lose everything, but always play a little. Also, do not use other IP addresses at these scam casinos, anything can happen
Another thing I wanted to mention to you is that you should read the terms and conditions of the casino since I contacted Askgambler and they told me that they are licensed to play at egaming Curacao, which I doubt, but I can let you know if I find anything

That’s annoying that this is there first excuse although mine was a Mastercard debit card though but shouldn’t think it make a difference. Just put my visa credit card see what they say next time

I sometimes think because they are foreign they call all bank cards credit cards. I've not had an email saying credit card only.
