Finally someone who is doing something. Gamdom is not trusted site anymore as they locked my withdrawal and it was never sent. The RTP is really low and if you win big you just cannot cash out lol. Down 6k this week and It's not funny anymore. Playing on another sites as this one is literally doing fraud as always.

Gracias, yo también he sido estafado por Gamdom, estoy seguro de que utilizan juegos falsos, además tienen un modelo de negocio bastante oscuro, con streamers jugando con dinero falso y repartiendo dinero para fomentar la ludopatía.


En mi caso, y tras amenazas de suicidio, no tomaron ninguna medida para que pudiera continuar jugando y perdiendo.


Son unos estafadores y voy a tomar medidas para cerrar su web en Francia y España etc...

Even the authority has never found anything "unusual". To be fair, though, Curacao is not considered a top-notch quality regulator when it comes to deputies.

Care to explain, please? I'm probably missing the picture in its full scale. Is it, by any chance, related to your complaint against a different casino? Which has been rejected due to insufficient evidence on your side? I'm sorry, but we can't just rely solely on your word when you claim there is suspicion of being scammed due to limited access to their betting history and non-investigation into common errors with Evolution games. 🙁

Yo tengo una reclamación contra ellos y voy a abrir otra para recuperar los depósitos realizados cuando me permitieron jugar desde mi IP española.

Si no me devuelven el dinero perdido por haber jugado desde mi IP francesa al cambiar de residencia, pondré una reclamación en Francia.

5 millones de multa en la sentencia que he compartido.

From what I see in the complaint, the most pressing part is that you were supposed to be self-excluded, am I correct? Yet somehow, you were able to create an account again using the same device, internet connection and personal data without any issues. 🤔

Safer gambling and associated self-exclusion are really important topics, and I'm glad you came here to submit the complaint. All aspects of the situation will be handled with great care. As far as I can guess, a casino representative will be asked to add further details and explanations.

Estoy tranquilo, el dinero lo doy por perdido pero las medidas contra ellos serán tomadas con dureza.


Estoy a la espera de que me faciliten el historial de conexiones de todas mis cuentas (IP, dispositivo, etc...).


Voy a reclamar y voy a conseguir que les salga cara si irresponsabilidad.

I wouldn't be skeptical yet and we'll see how the situation develops and what our team manages to solve. Of course I understand that you want everything to be resolved fairly. 

However, I see that you asked for a history, which has not been provided.

I also noticed that the casino has a couple of hours to respond, so we'll see if they get it right in the end. If you have an update, please share it with us.
