No for the moment no, but maybe it can be an option if i can not find an agreeement with 1WIN but i was stolen unfairly more than 2,5k euros i prefer to wait and see what they will answer to my case here on casinoguru.

I mean in general - can see that your complaint is still open.

It's quite a quest suing any online casino, I was curious whether you can provide some insights about that.

I would not recommend it to anyone, only if the winning is truly a grand one, but that's just my opinion.

Casino should always provide some evidence to the authorities, however how the authorities approach the dispute, it's a completely different question. 🙁

for such a case you would need a lawyer skilled in gambling laws and regulations, this is not pretty common though. You are most likely to find such a specialist in Malta or Curacao. Funny, isn't it?

Yes that's true,

so the casino accused me for having same withdrawal method with another player,and yes that's true.

At the time the casino refused to pay me,a friend of mine asked me if he can use my perfect money account to withdraw from the casino,since they don't pay back into Nigerian banks.

so I gave him my perfect money account, and this was a month after the casino blocked me,now they're trying to use it as an excuse!


They also said I'm using thesame methods as other Nigerians, trying to launder money, well I've never withdrawn from the casino before.

I'm sorry to say that using someone else's payment option is always against the terms and conditions.

Nevertheless, I feel the main problem is, that most casinos simply do not understand what anti-money laundering truly is and how it works...
