Пополнял счет на 9к рублей, мой депозит "потеряли", на сайте поставили статус отклона, затребовали выписки из банка, которые мой банк не делает в том формате, который они хотят. Выгрузил в том, который делает банк, сконвертировал в нужный им, проверил чтобы были все данные о платеже, номер, имя, коды банковские итд, не первый раз такое происходит. За 4 недели они депозит не нашли, только требовали новые выписки, а на ответ, что банк такие не делает "пришлите скриншот переписки с банком". Позорный продукт, больше никогда не буду работать с ходингом 1win, ни как игрок, ни как маркетинговый партнер. И вам не советую, учетную запись закрыл. Это не жалоба, а отзыв, ответ от продукта меня не интересует, надеюсь эти 9к рублей вам сильно помогут.
