I emailed the casino manager and the email keeps coming back saying can’t be delivered all tho I had been emailing on that email address and I clicked reply so can’t be the wrong email. I’m beginning to wonder if iv been scammed or not it’s 5k iv won so it’s not a small amount we are talking about

nasty situation. As far as I can see, this casio is pretty new and thus unproven by the times, so there can be many reasons for such circumstances. I'd like to believe that the management is simply disorganized and currently resolving the free manager position, which is why emails are bounced back, but that's just my speculation.
We can, however, use our contacts to give the situation a more profound look. it requires you to submit an official complaint here within the Casino Guru's resolution Center.
