To me it seems they are not. Site is just running and collecting money from those who lose. I had wrongly settled bet recently as well. 0 response from them. Withdrawal pending for 3 weeks, KYC almost a month….

I think it's quite clear that we understand that you are admins on a forum not affiliated with this site. We are clearly stating what is happening to warn other potential users who are thinking of signing up / depositing. If they aren't responding to tickets/live chats, they aren't going to respond to queries from yourselves. This is very much a public warning for others.

I'm unsure if I follow you, but resolving the complaint is just one possible outcome. Given the negative experience, if the casino chose to ignore officially submitted player complaints, it would be the best public warning. This is why we want players to complain officially, not just "publicly on the forum," with all consequences for operators.

We are truly on the same boat here.
