I am not looking for the money and did try to activate the bonus, but the fact they made my account transactions disappear and made it seem like I never deposited as well as lying but the support with proof and blockchain proof money has been sent from my wallet to there casino. Thanks in advance.


I just want this to be public because this casino is a terrible one since the staff and support lie and they have a fake deposit bonus for select few accounts. Another point is they manipulate user data on their website to fit their unethical ways.

Hello all players, unfortunately the casino and the support are not working properly I lost 3600 euros there in a few days playing at low stakes I got only two additional bonuses in one 40 euros in the other 1 euro, I contacted them and claim that I am not entitled to anything, not even a bonus on the next deposit or you don't know, maybe contact the owner of this casino or some institution that would help because I feel cheated by this casino and I have evidence will someone help? One way or another, there is a place called Resolution Center through which all players are allowed to submit a complaint completely for free, and I see you have taken advantage of that already.

I could not find further details in the complaint itself, hence I'll wait for every update.

Hi, according to what I've seen the casino operates without a license and doesn't even accept players from Spain, so if you're deciding whether to play here or not, I wouldn't do it so you don't have any problems. 

You can check the Terms and Conditions to see if that's the case and if anything has changed, but the casino shouldn't take players from your country.

Ive been playing here for a while and the slots r dead. Really dead. Suddenly they became even deader. I checked the slots info and slots that used to be 96 or 94 rtp are suddenly changed with the 92 rtp versions. Im speaking hacksaw and no limit city.

Fucking shady.

Games i pumped 1k in are gone the next day also.

Here the account says they r in philipines on their site they say costa rica. fucking avoid at al costs.

They don't have a license according to what we have on review. 

As for the slots, did you notice this anomaly that the RTP has been changed? It's not that easy to manipulate these things, that's why I'm asking. Did you also confront the live chat with this fact or not?

I believe this is a sign for the players that they either won't play there or won't play those slots anymore. Although if they managed to somehow work it out with the game provider, it's a pretty low RTP so I'd probably find another casino if those are your favorite games.

How can a casino reduce its RTP on games from 96 to 92 and not be impacted on the risk factor? A drop in 4% is astronomical and is extremely untrustworthy, as a player, I would be trusting the casino to maintain the same RTP versions or notify the players, otherwise I would not play them on this casino. If they have done this on some games that can be confirmed, how can anyone trust that it's not happening on games that can't be confirmed?

To make it more of a joke to the players : if you play the play for fun demo version, you get the 96 one.

If you change to the play for real, you get the 94 or 92 one.

Yep, deceptive slimy scammers. No one would play a 92% RTP given the choice, even a 1% change makes a substantial difference. Same responses on each review - "We only use the best RTP games" blah blah blah. Outright lying and gaslighting customers that they cannot change it, yet I have observed it myself. On the golden inn, the ability to view RTP and your RTP history has actually now been removed. I had always been self doubting my own experiences and putting it down to bad luck, but this is enough proof for me.

That's a good question. When players notice it like this, I personally would confront the casino right away and I would want a relevant answer. If the casino couldn't give it to me then I wouldn't play there. Everyone can choose where to play and where they think it will pay off the most.

As for the Safety Index, this thing doesn't interfere with it, so that's why it has no impact. 

If you play games where you can't check it, then again, the players are the ones who play in the casino. If you care about RTP and I do, live chat/support should always be able to answer this question or it should be displayed in the slot itself. If this is not the case, and neither of the two instructions offered would be successful, then I probably wouldn't play the games in the casino.

Casino betplay.io are scammers. They blocked my account and accused me of being a bot and automating betting. I placed all my 10 bets on my account myself and did not use any bots. Nonsense. They don't help in live support, but just accuse you without explaining the reasons or giving you any confirmation, and says there's nothing you can do. They do not respond to my attempts to contact them and explain that I did not violate the terms and played in the casino according to the rules. Casino.io scammers and deserve the players to know this and stop playing on it.
