Lol, this casino is a joke. I sent my KYC documents to them last Thursday almost a week ago and no one has yet bothered to take a look at them. They themselves state that KYC "can take up to 3 business days. It's been longer than that now and they stopped answering my emails completely.

KYC in 2025 should take a few hours max, not days or weeks. Fucking amateurs.

Perhaps try to check also the spam folder in your email, as sometimes these kinds of emails can end up there, actually.

Hola me pongo en contacto por el tema de verificar la cuenta e subido los duciemntos hace mas de dos meses y sigue aun pendiente si y en la cuenta tengo 300€ aora lo hacemos por las buenas o por las malas e recogido todas las reseñas diciendo qie es falso el casino que soy unos estafadores os doy dos dias para verificar la cienta sino seréis investigados por agencia tributaria y un juez buen día ESTAFADORES

Estoy de acuerdo con ellos, el casino es una estafa. Me tuvieron esperando con la verificación... ¡perdí un montón de dinero! No entiendo a los proveedores, los juegos son pésimos; después de la verificación y un pequeño retiro, solo quedan giros muertos y no hay funciones. Los juegos se bloquean y tienes que recargar constantemente. El soporte es inútil y, si te quejas, te bloquean. Ignoran los mensajes de error.
