I believe that you have to place a withdrawal in order to convert the bonus amount gained from the free cash because if you don't the bonus is still active - this is one possibility.

What concerns me most is the absence of the chat and the fact that this casino ignores players.

sadly, this is not how it works. You can't simply tag or address anybody by using the "@".

If you try the search tool this way:

You'll see that there is no profile named "Casinoeagles". The post you linked is not correct, but I'm pasting the link to your complaint here.

Why are Casino Eagles still rated as 7.5 good after clearly stealing customers balances? Do not go near this scam/fraud website.

I can see that the casino was rewarded with black points for every unresolved complaint and if the casino will keep "solving" the complaints like this, its rating will drop significantly. In accordance with our internal system, the future rating is now set to 5,7 points. 🤔 Is about to be updated, I'd like to think.

Dear CasinoGuru,

I agree with dmr1, there are still many players which starting playing on this scam website because of your good rating about them. I really not understand why they can get away with this so very easy.

They told me that the chargeback should be proceeded but in my opinion this is a complete lie. They only say this because of their reputation and they will never refund any money.

Another thing I mensioned; why is casinoeagles live chat not working for the last weeks, they say that they offer this option but they don’t!.


For any new players; be carefull with this website, they will steal and share your winnings and personal details, so don’t ever start playing on casinoeagles or casinopurple.

We are working on it, we won't let these unresolved complaints unpunished. We are aware of the situation, but it takes some time to set the thing up correctly.
