Still no reply from the so called complaints team from casino777.nl

I'm out of words. The fact that they behave like a rogue casino says enough. They are lucky I'm not in the Netherlands. I would literally drive to Belgium where their physical casino is located.

Complete silence from Casino777, it was probably all a farce. I just don't understand why they would risk doing this. This is far from trustworthy behavior.

I can suddenly log in again. But they still haven't answered the complaint here. And their complaints department is ignoring me straight for 8 days.

I spoke to their normal "customer service" which by the way is far from one about the situation and they told me again after months that i will be "contacted". Contacted when? Yea, cause it can take as long as they want.

Could you believe I'm asking about the whereabouts of the transfer since before the 30th of November. It's almost the end of December, unbelievable. Who would've thought this would happen with a casino which is supposed to be regulated by the Dutch government. Highly disappointed.

I agree for such a casino this is truly an unbelievable approach. I honestly have no idea what explanation can possibly justify what's happening. I guess none... 🤯
