I can see that many casinos are shifting from using standard payment methods to cryptocurrencies. I wouldn't say it means that Cyber.bet is a bad casino. They probably have payment options that aren't good for you and I can understand it. I wouldn't like to use crypto in casinos as well.
Anyway, if you had at least a bitcoin wallet that you can create for free, you'd be able to withdraw the winnings and convert it to eur if something like this happens to you again.
