Estoy intentando presentar una reclamación de retiro ante dachbet pero no sé cómo proceder. He depositado dinero, pero incluso antes de empezar a jugar estaba limitado a 1 euro por apuesta en deportes. Los deportes eran todo lo que quería apostar y por eso quería retirar mi dinero. I claimed a bonus of 100 € but what does that matter? Before I even made a bet I had a warning of max 1 € per bet. Probably because I have made money in their other casinos and they are affiliated with them. Its still unfair and crazy. For me its crazy to have to rollover more than one time. No swedish casino or any other EU casino ( winzie, unlimitcasino etc ) has this and especially when I came to bet on sports and not casino, I would lose all my money in the casino if I tried to rollover 1200€ to 6000€ (!). Its their plan to make my try to rollover and instead and up on 0€ with nothing to withdraw.

If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied and decides to close/terminate his/her account with DACHBET, DACHBET will on request process the balance currently held in the customer’s account. Before any processing, all bonus funds in the customer’s balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded. " is correct. The reply I get every time is about withdrawals and rollovers. When he finally gives up on not recognizing their ownterms and conditions he says. " that only applies to the bonus funds " when it clearly says that it is the real balance and that bonus funds will be deducted. When I confronted him about this he closed the chat and when I tried to open a new livechat it wasnt possible. In summary, I would like to terminate my account and recieve my funds back. It is possible according to their rules but the support ignores it and lies about it. Please help me fix this. They are doing everything to steal my moneyfile

Can you tell me what your current balance is and also the state of the bonus you took?

Since you registered and deposited willingly, I would not accuse the casino of stealing. I'd say you just made mistakes by ignoring the rules, and taking your previous experiences for granted. 🤷‍♀️

The rollover for a withdrawal is there with or without the bonus, I could care less about the bonus right now. I just want to withdraw my money because its a lot of money for me and I’m uncomfortable. I wanted to terminate my account and recieve my money back. I deposited 1200 and I have 1200 in my account. There is a 100€ bonus active but its not showing in my balance. I guess I need to play to get it. But I dont want it. I just want to terminate my account and recieve my money back. But when I asked about terminating my account they simply ignored it and started talking about withdrawal rules. When the agent gave up on ignoring me he said termination of the account would mean recieving bonus money and not real money which is clearly not true! I confronted him about this and he closed the chat, is rhat not suspicious? I just want to terminate my account and get my money back, please help me with this, its possiblei its in their rules!

In this case, I am quite curious to know if it will be possible to close your account. Did you also try to tell the chat if your bonus can't be cancelled somehow if you don't want it ? Have you rolled your deposit 5 times ?

I didnt ask them to cancel my bonus but that will be deducted when I close my account and recieve my real money. Its in the terms and conditions. I have not rolled over 5 times, I came to play in the sportsbook and there is no way I am playing for 6000 euros in the casino when I came to play 50 € per bet in the sportsbook. Thats why I want to close my account and recieve my money back. I will even take a small fee for it not to look like money laundering. I just want to get my money back and leave all this behind please help me.
