I got that email from MADRE on 19.1.2023. There was a text that they need answers within 2 weeks from the operator. I sent them email few days ago asking if the case is progressing, but they have not answered to me since. All we can do is wait and hope that Madre will do its job well.

Still no news from MGA. It seems that they don't really care about our case. I will wait until next monday, if there won't be answer I try to speed them up.

This is truly unfortunate. I considered this license provider to be among the better ones. Though what they are capable of once the casino has closed is beyond me.

Just some info. Unfortunately no news from MGA, I wrote to them on yesterday a little more determined email, that it can take legal consequences if there hasn't been process regarding to our issue, but no repsonse yet. I called them up on today but at the call center they couldn't connect the relevant department, so they just saved my number and promised for calling back. At the latest i will contact them again via email and phone on thursday trying force ahead the issue.

I emailed Elite to the payments section attaching screenshots of both withdrawals pending last week (an address I have used before) but no joy.

Hello guys, unfortunately I can't give you positive news. I tried to call them today again, but at the call center they couldn't connect the relevant department again, I expressed my displeasure, so she called a manager, who told her that the investigation is still ongoing. I told to her that I emailed several times, called them and getting promises calling back, and nothing happened. So I told to her that I can wait until next Monday with asnwers, otherwise I turn to EU bodies (Ombudsman, Consumer Service, Parliament etc) because of my and many other people's money has stealen and meanwhile they didn't fulfil their player protection obligations despite they are an authority in an EU state.


I wrote it down in an email after the conversation, so in case of inactivity I report everything at EU bodies. So I wait until Monday if nothing happen maybe we should join our forces and create class complaints at EU bodies if you are in.

Did they tell anything about the investigation other than it is ongoing? Elite24bet license still is shown as active, but the page has been closed for a month...

I think I could call them next week too to show them that there are more than one person waiting for funds to be returned. I am with you in a complaint, but I think we should give MGA some time to investigate. These things might take longer than we hope, even when this is very frustrating at least. I think that the information that investigation has started is a good thing. Maybe they can give us a timeframe or something this month.

No they just stated that the investigation is still ongoing.


I am getting think that MGA is not care about player protection. I have emailed to them several times without answer, called them without answer. If it would still ongoing they gave us some answer at least, or how long should we wait etc, anything but nothing. I am getting think that this investigation is just a bullshit, nothing happening in the back, they just think we will give up. Also, I have read some comments on the net MGA didn't do anything many cases like this despite of stating they are investigating. We have been waiting for almost one and half months for them, my opinion they are not on top of the situation, to say the least.
