It started out pretty good and ended up like this. But I take your opinion into consideration because you have not had a good experience and basically it is still going through some problems. Every player seems to evaluate the pros and cons for the casino and in this case the cons seem to prevail.

A follow-up question in the context of KYC, how long did it take to verify the account when you said it was hell ?

They shouldn't have any issues with approving the statement but I don't take anything for granted. I uploaded the document 21 hours ago still no response. Last time I did KYC with them it took few hours to get approved. For now I will wait given how long I have waited before.

May I know when was the last time you did the KYC in this casino? Just to have a better picture of their routines.

I did the KYC when there was the deposit issue. It was super quick. They had a weird request to have a proof of address with post code included but it was sorted with a different bill. I was lucky since it’s rare to have the post code included in the bills.


Now I asked support to see what happened with the verification as I heard nothing and two minutes later received an email that verification was processed and approved.


So hopefully now the withdrawal will be processed

Will definitely do. If by Monday morning withdrawal is not processed, I will open a complaint as it would go further beyond their T&Cs.


Although I am sure they contacted me for the statement 2 days after withdrawal requested to prolong and make me cancel to play again.

No I highly doubt it. Like I said, their customer service is horrendous. For me customer service is what represents the company, having such an I don't care attitude, pushes me away. Don't want to get back in the situation where I would need their assistance as I know it would be filled with generic answers and constant chasing.

I completely understand your decision. I've seen players who have said that the most important thing for them is that support is helpful and not unnecessarily rude and useless. 

Anyway, at least you can be happy that you finally got your money and the next choice is yours. I hope you will do well in the future. 😊
