Did they ask you guys to send everything. id, bank statement, proof of deposit? I asked for the withdrawal yesterday. they canceled it and ask me just for my ID. im waiting for the approval, but i feel they are gonna make me waste a lot of time. Some people says it's a scam, what what you guys experience

Very bad casino.
They ask for crazy documents. Two hands, then two arm, then two legs, then street sign visible
Then after that they want my parents in selfie with their ID held.
Then after that they want letter from government stating I am a person.
Then they ask for bank letter only accepted from owner of bank
Then they ask for video call with me beside owner of bank to verify account details.
Then they ask for me to go into police station and have police vouch for me and video record it
this is ridiculous
