I had enough runaround from this place today!

Another chat rep says now they need all documents because I have duplicate files. WHAT? That is totally insane. They have no duplicates files because I never sent them. All they wanted was my selfie ID which I sent and now this.. This place is playing games...

I know it does not sound much comforting, but I think it's good that our Complaint Team could have a chance to investigate.

Seems like all the casinos with this management has a questionable rating. I wish I noticed this prior to joining.

I see other posts saying that they have great bonuses but what good is all the great bonuses if you can't collect your winnings.

Yeah, unfortunately there are about 20 casinos in the group and all of them are more or less the same in terms of quality. None of them really shines.

Today I signed in and they reversed my pending withdrawal again 3rd time. Over 3 weeks waiting now

I initiated another withdrawal and this is the email I got within 1 minute. This place is a circus. (A) I sent my id the first time and I was told I was approved. (B)You can reverse your withdrawal at anytime. You have more than 48 hours to do so. That doesn't go away. What a messed up casino!

Selfie where you hold the ID is a bit different than just an approved ID, I'm sure you know.

That is exactly what I sent. My selfie holding my ID. I always wondered why some want this in this format holding your id with your photo. It seems a bit too much for me. Why isn't just your id good enough and also some casinos let you block your id numbers. Now that is a whole new conversation. Back to my ID and selfie. I was approved, at least that is what one rep said to me.

Hello,

there is a huge difference if you can provide your selfie showing you holding your ID, it means that it is really you who have the access to the ID at any time. This means it's not let's say your neighbor who had "borrowed" your card to support a second account.

I'm sure that all casinos must store personal data in accordance with the GDPR procedure. But honestly, this is a question for the casino itself, I'd say.

Seems to me they are dragging it out as long as possible probably hoping you will reverse the withdrawal. I’m currently getting verified at a casino I asked to be verified before I deposit. I sent them a photo of my passport x3 my proof of address pdf and screenshot and front and back of my debit card with middle 6 numbers missing and back of bank card with CVV covered. I won’t play at a casino that won’t let me verify before I play. One last step and hopefully you will get your 💵
