I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal request, which has been awaiting processing since 8th October [2025].


According to your stated policy, and multiple conversations with their support withdrawals are typically processed within 7 to 21 days. However, it has now been well beyond that period, and I have yet to receive any update or funds. I have contacted support multiple times, but I have not received a satisfactory response or timeline for resolution.

I'm really sorry that you have found yourself in this situation.

Unfortunately, as I can see from all of your complaints, you always choose casinos with a really low safety index, and that doesn't bring anything good, I believe.

jokers ace casino is fraudulent,I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for £360 and still nothing. The live chat is just a bot that tells you the same crap every time. I don’t think we will get our money. This site needs closing down but nobody seems to care enough to do something about it

Just because the lady chose a casino with a low safety rating,it doesn’t make it acceptable for that casino to rob people of their money???!!! It’s disgusting and these people should be locked up for fraud. The fact that no one does anything about it just doesn’t make sense to me!!

If we were in a perfect world, it would be really easy to do something, for sure. Unfortunately, it is impossible now. If the casino, or any casino, is not willing to cooperate, we won't move anywhere. And trust me, we would have really loved to.

Please read carefully through the threads you wrote in; this casino has a very low safety index, and I don't think anyone got paid, unfortunately.

You still can file a complaint, though, if you experience some kind of issue.

I still haven’t been paid🤬these bastards are just robbing us and there’s nothing we can do about it!! Nearly 3 months I been waiting,my emails get refused,I get the same replies in live chat(obvious bot) I’m just lucky it’s not a big amount. I feel sorry for the people that have cashed out more and haven’t had a penny

Well they closed my account and cancelled my withdrawal claiming I breached their policy as I was bombsring them with emails and cc’ing them into emails to regulators etc 🙂 (that’s not what they said in their email just that I breached the policy)… so probably no chance for me to recover £3,000.00 balance now but I’ll keep fighting!

That’s disgusting mate,I’m sorry they’ve done that to you. I refuse to believe there’s no authority that can close this casino down. There must be someone that knows where they’re offices are based? If I knew,I would be down there straight away with a baseball bat and I swear on my daughters life,i would resort to violence on these people!! They make my blood boil how they can get away with this. I hope you get your money my friend🤞🏼

No they didn’t, they just said something about breach of policy and that’s it. Probably because of my constant chasing etc 😂 but oh well! It’s funny how they do that and claim that when they operate with fake licence
