i v' provided the corrected letter from my bank, was a pain because they were plying like a robot without reviewing the document mannually.

after i sent the same new document wiht a different name then finally was all corrected and im starting to receiving my funds. yesterday i received 200$ today i requested the remain funds.

Hello, this is kind of a misunderstanding. I didn't say to trust the casino; I just noted that my coworkers always say to comply because the first priority is to get the money, no matter how dumb the casino's request is, and there's time to complain about the bad user experience after the money is received. I also said that Curacao is weak; I did not say it guarantees anything. This is basically all.

Forget I said anything; I see it was truly a bad call to try to help the other person.

No se puede culpar a los empleados de Casino Guru; hacen un excelente trabajo. Hay casinos adicionales que Guru recomienda, pero yo, como miembro, nunca uso. Si no escuchas a Casino Gurus, no deberías culparlos solo a ellos. No recomiendes casinos 100% seguros; juega allí tú mismo. En ese caso, Casino Guru también asume toda la responsabilidad.
