Small update; the chat support suggested that I should cancel the current withdrawal (requested 105 days ago) and request a new withdrawal. The told me this might speed up the process.

I'm actually baffled they suggested this. I think it's time to give up, it's clear they have no intention to pay any of us. Maybe they want us to give up but there is nothing more I can do.

This sounds pretty tricky. Frankly, it seems that canceling this withdrawal could only end as the "dead-end". I'm sorry, but it really seems they are definitely not going to pay. 🙁

They didn't ask him to cancel the 3 months old pending withdrawal, but they actually cancelled it. If I was in your position, I'd cancel it and request a new one. I don't think there's any 3 months long queue of pending withdrawals. There was probably a time when they didn't send withdrawals at all and they may payout some at this moment, because they don't want to make the new customers they have angry. They already may gave up on the old ones, because they know they're already angry, because they've been waiting for 3+ months.

Edit: apparently they already cancelled it, the amount was waiting in my account. They didn't even bother to send an e-mail. I requested a new withdrawal.

Well I opened a complaint here but it has been finished as no response back from casino.

I made 2 deposits here for £350 in total, I won £5000 on the last deposit and tried to withdraw £2500, still pending after 30 days.

I just contacted my bank to try and get the £350 back but the fraud department have advised there is nothing they can do. They told me to report to police and trading standards but that is a waste of time so I reluctantly accept I have lost this money…..

I know the casino has already a very bad reputation, but we're currently preparing our own CasinoGuru blacklist and Maximal Wins is surely one of the clear candidates. This isn't about the casino being good or bad, fast or slow. Their policy is clear, it's a scam.

It's a joke. This whole casino is a mess.

They cancelled my withdrawal again so I tried some spins, I actually won big again but the casino has stopped working for me. Since last friday I can't spin at any slot, the slots just keep spinning indefinitely. Apparently they informed tech support but I doubt this is going to get solved.

These guys are incompetent beyond anything I ever experienced. I'm fuming with anger because of these guys.

If you want to know whether they really blocked the slots for you somehow, try a different browser and even a different device.

Thank you Daniel 🙂. I tried everything you suggested, even before I contacted support. Today I tested a different workstation + connection but no difference.

I'll update my comment if anything changes.

Damn, something fishy is going on here. It doesn't look good to be honest. Especially when you say your balance doesn't make any sense.

It certainly is fishy. I think this is never going to be resolved. Chat support said the tech department looked into it and everything was working properly. I repeatedly told them it's not working. I again provided them with multiple screenshots and videos but they keep asking irrelevent questions. I asked for some kind of proof from the tech department but they couldn't provide any. 

They even referred to the terms and conditions. I don't know why. 

Terrible casino with even worse support. Stay away from them, I can't emphasize this enough.

I just want to point out that we just decided to add this casino and Ares casino on our own CasinoGuru blacklist. It seems that the casinos simply refuse to payout winnings. Please, let us know if you receive any withdrawal from them in the future.

Anyway, it's sad how many people are stuck with the Maximal Wins payout now. We blacklisted the casino for this reason.
