Hola yo deposite 600€ , y gane 14.000€ , les comenté pero chat para cerrar mi cuenta y me dijeron que perdería mi saldo si cerraba la cuenta , al final perdí los 14.000 porque no me informaron bien , sí que podía cerrar mi cuenta y proteger los 14.000€, no recomiendo este casino

Hi, I understand that you didn't want to lose money, and I don't think it's entirely fair that they would take money from you for that. 

But what do you mean when you say they didn't inform you properly, when you also say they told you in a live chat? 

Did this happen recently? 

I would definitely lodge a complaint because it's not normal for them to take your money when you basically want to protect it.

Yo tenía 14.000€ y pregunté por el cierre de mi cuenta , y me dijeron que si cerraba la cuenta perdería el dinero .


entonces esperé dos días y al final acabé perdiendo al dinero en el casino .


luego descubrí que sí que podía cerrar mi cuenta y cobrar el dinero , pero ellos por el chat me dijeron que no , que si cerraba perdía todo mi crédito

So why didn't you come right away when they told you and keep playing with the money? If they had told you this, we would definitely have tried to help. The casino also responds to complaints, and I would like to know what they would say about the whole situation. 

I talked to my colleagues and they said they would file a complaint. Usually, when a player loses money, there is nothing we can do to help, but if you lost it because they told you that you would lose it if you closed your account, we might be able to help. 

I can't say for sure, but I would definitely try.

Esto ocurrió en diciembre, lo comuniqué al Casino y me dijeron que me darían una respuesta en 96horas , hasta el día de ayer no habían respondido.


yo cuando había pasado una semana presenté la queja en la DGJO de España , que está pendiente de registro, para que puedan sancionar al operador por información falsa .


mira voy a adjuntar la captura del chat donde el agente me informó de que perdería el saldo, y su respuesta recibida ayer por email filefile

If not, there is a significant likelihood that the national regulator will not conduct an investigation.

Claro que tiene licencia en España , su compañero más arriba ya lo indica, pero bueno es igual , he intentado presentar la queja y tampoco la han querido aprobar alguno de tus compañeros, Nose cómo lleváis estos temas pero veo falta de organización

He intentado presentar la queja , pero ha sido rechazada diciendo que fui yo quien jugó el saldo y y no cerró la cuenta .


como voy a cerrar la cuenta , si cuando pregunté sobre el cierre me dicen que pierdo el dinero ? No entiendo su manera de tramitar las quejas

This implies that based on information provided in your complaint request, my colleagues could not help. Jaro told you it might not help.

I also could not find any information about the DGJO here on the forum or from other sources aside from a one-year-old post saying, "Hey. This casino does have a license in Spain, indeed."

Based on the current review, there is no such license anymore. Thus my question.

Regardless of the circumstances, I believe that well-intentioned questions deserve an answer, but I will leave that decision to you.

Eso te lo inventas o generalizas mucho y no es bueno , cada país tiene unas normas distintas, y en España no funciona así .



En España , está la protección al jugador y jugar bien .


Esto implica que si un usuario le pide al casino el cierre de cuenta , el casino no puede mentir y decir que pierde el saldo ( en España eso NO puede pasar )


el casino tiene la obligación de ayudarlo con el cierre al momento o proteger sus fondos .


Ya que les gusta tanto o intentan ser la mejor página de casinos , les recomiendo que tengan trabajadores de cada país y dejen de generalizar todo lo que dicen
