You're not the only one suspicious here 😀 There are casinos that do some kind of promotions on regular basis. They usually give you free spins if you send them a screenshot of a good review.

So, online support stops being online and ignores your mails if the support is offline after you passing kyc and didnt getting no deposit bonus. Their mails with the same promotion attacks your inbox and spambox even after unsubscribing. After some time ive received a bonus code of "second 10$" no deposit bonus online chat activation needed, which is also scam such as their kyc verification bonus, because online and offline supports keeps to ignore you. Avoid this casino, if they do such things with their offered bonuses…  A good reviews and ratings are fakes!!! I aware that they are selling their customers information and documents for hackers, scammers and ad services!!! Hope this casino will be arested and closed as soon as possible!

We contact the casino on behalf of any player in case there is an open complaint and the need arises.

(We can't act on anybody's behalf without the proper agreement, so this is the reason why the complaint is so important.)

I can see you already submitted one - closed as resolved plus another one is ongoing at the moment. I can also see you have informed Jozef about this latest issue so be assured that it will be taken into consideration too.

I do not want to sound rude, but I think you should find yourself a decent casino instead. The reputation score of 4,7 doesn't seem much appealing to me.

But as I wrote there are two problem parts now and I'm sure that we will take both issues into consideration - in one complaint.

But honestly, I'd be surprised if the casino shows a fair approach and accepts the higher bet you placed.

To me, it seems they are not quite fond of your complaint, sadly.

I have to agree I don't see them changing there mind! They still owe me 200euro from my last withdrawal 2 weeks ago they told me I'd have it this week ,also the tournament winnings has not been paid

I also find it quite strange that in the complaint thread the casino only said that they provided all info to you via live chat - and that's all.

I think this is not a good approach from the casino.

They did not explain anything they never do! As the owners post pictures of them partying they can't even pay out the money they owe it's a disgrace I have so many complaints about this casino including taking money from my bank accounts but that's for another day.
