I don't even think it was bonus related to be fair.

Finally got a response and they mentioned it being from a error in the casino caused from a 3rd party.

Still sounds suspect to me though.

Ah, I see!

So probably an error caused by the game itself - a bug on the game provider's side.

I don't want to bring a piece of bad news, but from my experience, dealing with a game provider is mostly quite a time-costly process.

Woudlbe nice if you could update us about the progress once some is actually achieved.

Yes il be sure to keep you updated. So far it's been about a week and each time I enquire about an update they just give me the same answer, it's getting a bit disheartening. All I can do now is wait and hope for the best.

Unfortunately, you're right. Not much to do for now. Anyway, there is also the complaint feature - if you come to a point you could use some help, feel free to submit the complaint. The worst that can happen is that it could be closed as unjustified or dismissed. On the other hand, it is free.

I only aim to cover even this option, no need to lodge the complaint, of course.

Sounds kind of stupid, but let's wait...

Never know I may just need too. I've already had one complaint rejected/closed which bummed me out so I'm not sure if im ready to do another one. But then again if they take any longer I might just bite the bullet and file one, as it's been a whole week now! 😔

Does 10 days sound oddly suspicious with still no update or progress in the matter being resolved ?

Or is that standard practice ?Starting to give up hope with them now

I think it would be useful to wait. I know it's certainly not pleasant, but our complaints team is working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. The casino's response can be of varying lengths, so my view is certainly not to lose hope. 🙂

I have almost lost hope & ready too cut my losses. Ever since they have changed names to oddsring they have really gone down hill, it appears alot has changed... not just the name after all. Never played at a casino with such lack of insight 😕
