when they give the same response day in and day out it also makes you lose hope as well. 🙁

Yes, I understand that it is not easy to wait and I personally would feel the same way if every day I received the same answer as from the robot. However, our complaint team is doing everything possible to resolve the situation.

 

They say that hope is the last thing to die and I still believe that everything will be resolved fairly.  

 

What else do you think has changed at this casino ? Do you have any observations on what has gone wrong ? Or are there any positive things that have remained as they were before ?

Nothing really has remained the same.

Live chat used to be 24_7 ..not anymore..

Had numerous problems with the payment merchant who ever processes the visa payments if you want to deposit $10 you always get charged about 0.36 average ontop you never used to while it was twin.. not only that you would go make a deposit having to try mutiple times sometimes then always get a error prompt page like a pixilated robot looking face , even when payments are successfully processed.. everything just feels different its like my loyalty with the former twin casino didn't transfer over to the new casino as I'm sure I wouldn't of had this issue and ongoing for this long when they were Twin Casino.

The way you described all those weak sides sounds more like a place to be avoided...

Speaking about the sister casinos, have you tried Leon Casino? Not sure how similar it is to Twin so I'll leave the decision to you 🙂 if I may.

I have had a significant win at odds ring casino. No Ts and Cs broken no bonus played with. All verified etc and all won on cash funds.

I was wondering what is a reasonable amount of time is for a pending withdrawal to be acknowledged or processed. ??

Things happens slightly different from when they operated as Twin casino and the live chat option is barely active so I'm finding it hard to establish any efficient form of communication with the casino ...


Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, if you feel that you didn't violate any Terms and Conditions and everything was fine on your part, that's good. We give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal request, so that's probably a reasonable amount of time you wanted to know. 

However, even though you say that live chat is rarely active, did it give you a reason why you have a pending withdrawal ?

I'll certainly be glad if you share any new information you find here on the forum as well. I will wait for your reply.

It's hard to get them when they are online and im guessing they only respond to offline messages when they are back on live chat even then sometimes they may email back even when live chat is closed.


I was emailed and told it could be upto 10 days because of the amount of money It's definitely a nice amount but can't help but think there are other players who have cashed out a higher amount in normal Time which is usually approval in under 12 hours

I made a portion of the withdrawal to skrill e wallet as well thinking it maybe faster but it appears they are being processed at the same time there are about 6 pending withdrawals amounts pending in total. So I've been patiently

(not patiently) waiting 😞 just hoping for the best with no delay.

Could you please help me with this query I have looked at the FAQ section Regards withdrawals time frame taking at most 24 hours

All prior withdrawals I've done have been under 12 hours also with oddsring casino

My.question because there is no mention of withdrawals exceeding a certain amount incurring a wait time longer then the stipulated 24 hours am I right to assume that the casino is wrongfully delaying my payout ???

I was informed by live chat about a possible wait of upto 10 days however there is no mention anywhere on the site where this may happen so wanted to seek advice

I have attached screenshot as reference to my findings.

I see you finally managed to get a response from live chat which is pretty nice. I think 10 days would be normal if there was a reasonable reason but based on the information I gave you about 14 days, we will have to be patient and wait. 

Of course the information is up to 10 days, so theoretically you could get your money sooner, but I certainly don't want to promise that. However, since you have received the same information by mail, I think there is no room for panic in this case. 

Also, the casino doesn't have to delay your withdrawal, so try to be more patient, even though I know it's not the most pleasant thing to do. 

Anyway, would it be possible to wait and let us know if your money has arrived within 10 days ? I hope it will be as soon as possible and you will be able to use it for your daughter's birthday. 😊 Fingers crossed 🤞

I feel like I want to lay a complaint because they are not giving me any assurance that my withdrawals are progressing in a matter of hours it would of been 10 days that my withdrawals have been sitting pending. The website does not stipulate there will be such hold up or any at all unless it's with an amount over $50,000 which i have told live chat they need to be more transparent I also feature on the site as win of the month. However I find it funny I haven't received one bit of my winnings I keep getting told there's either no time frame or its in the que to be processed asap. That's what I've heard for almost 10 days now 😔

Pitty to see we are not.

Go ahead with the complaint, surely. I would say it's better to submit a new one since the problem has changed. But you know what? It is not that important, pick the option more suitable to you, and let's focus on getting the money out of there. 🤞🤞🤞

I have gone ahead and made the complaint with the issue

It has to wait for a count down timer of about 4 more days to equate to 14 days however I've got evidence of the casino informing me it can take up to 10 days meaning 10 days from the 4th of September which is now the 15th and still they ate stalling and selling me dreams. 🙁filefile

This sucks! Hold on, according to the complaint timer, there will be an update in the next few days, and I expect the handler to invite the casino representative to provide a straight response to this issue.

Thank you for replying there was a bit of progress yesterday and today I've had 3/6 transactions processed but they have still yet to reach my account apart from 1 which come to me via skrill. 2 "processed" today and 2 more to process tomorrow so realistically only 1 payment has been received. Without getting to ahead of myself I am greatful but that whole process was pretty tedious and drawn out the communication was very substandard and was not even close to the information shared for its players on there site. The casino needs better player account handling skills

I would call such an approach a fair disaster 😀. I'm happy the iceberg is crackling, but I'll wait with the party until all withdrawals are resolved! We all make mistakes, I know, but this is ridiculous...

Thank you. I have posted more of an update on the complaint thread. This process with the casino has been hideous and drawn out in so many ways definitely do not deserve any bit of glory or priase what so ever
