So, they Paid out without problems, only contact with support service is not easy a bit, what can be a frustrating for some players. I think, if Anybody had a rejected layout, there must be a reason, that's simple

You know, the casino is not asking for anything irrelevant. As you can see, other casinos need the same statement too; this is not a coincidence, but I get that it is not that obvious and may sound like a bad joke.

A few scenarios: Your account may have been flagged for a manual check, or it may be a random check. Casinos do not talk about that very often, but it is part of the game.
