Well, can you provide a screenshot of what you were told the last time? If the casino actually agreed to refund you for some reason, I donot believe they need a team of experts for that.

Is it possible that you have only been talking to the chat operator and not to the support? At a casino with such a reputation, I can easily imagine that the chat is just saying the usual to you. Therefore, I suggest reaching out to a more knowledgeable representative to confirm that your refund is being processed.

That's bad, for sure. You still can file a complaint, though, if you wish, so our team could try to intervene, even though I'm not very positive we will achieve anything. But you never know, right?

Also, if the complaint goes unresolved, it helps bring their safety index even lower, you know.
