Have you ever done a withdrawal with them and was it successful? This is my second one and the first one back in December they released 3 days later. I’m on day 4 now and what amazes me is how Support does not answer any emails and Chat seems to never have an update. Something is so wrong with this platform. Anyone have their licensing information???!

Same here. My first withdrawal was Dec 12 for $1268 and it was released within 24 hours so I felt confident making deposits until my second withdrawal request on Jan 10. I have also been sending emails to support with no reply at all.

Hello! Yes first withdrawal was paid out after 3 day delay. This is only my second withdrawal and I’m being told now it was flagged once again and all 4 game providers need to sign off. I have yet to get an email return from support or management the first time and now the second time. I will attach what Chat told me tonight. file
